From the center of Anderson, head southeast on E 8th St toward S Meridian St. Continue on S Meridian St until you reach E 29th St. Turn left onto E 29th St and continue straight until you reach Mounds Rd. Turn right onto Mounds Rd, and follow it for about 1.5 miles. The entrance to Mounds State Park will be on your left at 4306 Mounds Rd.
