Third St. Head west on Third St. until you reach Walnut St. Turn left (south) on Walnut St. and continue until you reach the intersection with 11th St. Turn right (west) onto 11th St. and follow it until you reach the intersection with Old State Rd 37. Turn left (south) onto Old State Rd 37 and continue walking. Lower Cascades Park will be on your right at 2851 Old State Rd 37.
