As you approach Louisville, take exit 132A for I-64 East toward Lexington. Follow I-64 East for about 3 miles and take exit 4 for 3rd Street. Turn left onto W. 3rd Street and follow it for about a mile. Turn right onto Central Ave, and the Kentucky Derby Museum will be on your left at 704 Central Ave, Louisville, KY 40208.
