Bus
From the Gary Public Transportation Corporation (GPTC) main terminal, take the Route 2 bus heading towards the 'East Chicago' direction. Ride for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at 5th Avenue and 19th Street. Transfer to the Route 3 bus towards 'Chicago'. After about 45 minutes, get off at the stop near the intersection of W Cortland St and N Damen Ave. Walk west on W Cortland St for about 5 minutes until you reach Lottie's Pub at 1925 W Cortland St.

Train
From the Gary Metro Center, take the South Shore Line train towards Chicago. Disembark at the Millennium Station in downtown Chicago. From there, walk to the State/Lake station and take the 'Pink Line' train towards 54th/Cermak. Alight at the Damen station, and exit the station. Walk north on N Damen Ave, then turn left onto W Cortland St. Lottie's Pub will be on your right after a short walk.

If you have access to a bike, start at the Gary South Shore RailCats Stadium. Head east on W 5th Ave, then turn north onto Grant St. Continue straight until you reach the bike path that leads towards Chicago. Follow the path for about 10 miles until you cross into Chicago. Once you reach W Cortland St, turn left and ride for another mile until you arrive at Lottie's Pub, located at 1925 W Cortland St.

If you're near the city center in Gary, you can walk to Lottie's Pub, but it will take some time. Head south towards the Gary RailCats Stadium, then continue towards the South Shore Line.
