From Gary, head to the nearest bus stop on 5th Ave or Broadway. Take the Gary Public Transit Corporation bus route 3 heading towards the Chicago area. Once you arrive, exit the station and walk east towards the Midway Plaisance Park, which is about a 15-minute walk down 57th St. until you reach the park entrance at 1130 Midway Plaisance.
