From the center of Broad Ripple, head to the nearest bus stop along Broad Ripple Avenue and wait for the Red Line Bus. Board the bus heading towards the direction of the downtown area. Stay on the bus until you reach the 'Spring Mill Rd & 63rd St' stop, which is about a 10-15 minute ride. Once you get off, walk south on Spring Mill Rd for about 5 minutes until you reach the entrance to Holliday Park at 6363 Spring Mill Rd.

If you're comfortable cycling, rent a bike from one of the local rental spots in Broad Ripple. Head south on Broad Ripple Avenue until you reach 63rd Street. Turn left onto 63rd Street and continue until you reach Spring Mill Rd. Turn right on Spring Mill Rd and you will find Holliday Park on your left after a short ride.
