If you are starting from the Indiana Statehouse located at 200 W Washington St, walk north on N Capitol Ave for about 0.3 miles until you reach E Ohio St. Turn right onto E Ohio St and continue for one block. Turn left onto N Pennsylvania St, and after a short walk, you will arrive at American Legion Mall located at 700 N Pennsylvania St. The mall will be on your left side.

If you are near the Indianapolis Artsgarden, take the Red Line bus from the Artsgarden stop. Board the bus heading towards the University of Indianapolis. Ride for 3 stops and get off at the Pennsylvania St & Maryland St stop. From there, walk north on N Pennsylvania St for about 2 blocks, and you will reach American Legion Mall at 700 N Pennsylvania St.
