Take I-69 North towards Indianapolis. After about 15 miles, merge onto I-70 West. Continue on I-70 West for about 5 miles, then take exit 83A for West Street toward Downtown. Merge onto W West St and continue straight. You will then turn left onto W New York St. Military Park will be on your right at 601 W New York St, Indianapolis, IN 46204.
