Car
From Morgan-Monroe State Forest, head east on State Road 46 (SR 46) towards Bloomington. Continue on SR 46 until you reach the intersection with State Road 37 (SR 37). Merge onto SR 37 North towards Indianapolis. Stay on SR 37 for approximately 17 miles. Take the exit for I-465 East towards Fort Wayne. After about 9 miles, take exit 40A for 56th Street. Turn left onto 56th Street, then take a right onto Post Road. Continue on Post Road for about 1 mile, and Fort Harrison State Park will be on your left at 6000 N Post Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46216.
