Start at the New Albany Riverfront Park. Head southeast on the Riverwalk toward the Big Four Bridge. Cross the bridge into Louisville, Kentucky. After crossing, continue straight on the first path leading you away from the bridge. You will come to a traffic light at the intersection of S 4th St and W Main St. Turn left onto S 4th St and continue walking for about a mile. Central Park will be on your right at 1340 S 4th St.
