Public Bus
From downtown New Albany, walk to the nearest TARC bus stop located at Market St & Pearl St. Take the TARC Line 18 bus heading towards the River Ridge area. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes and disembark at the River Ridge bus stop. From there, you will need to transfer to the TARC Line 71 bus towards the East End of Jeffersonville. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop on IN-62 and Happy Hollow Rd. From this stop, walk approximately 15 minutes south on Happy Hollow Rd until you reach the James B. Beam Distilling Co. at 568 Happy Hollow Rd.

Bicycle
If you're comfortable cycling, rent a bike from a local rental shop in New Albany. Start your journey by heading east on Main St, then turn south onto State St. Continue until you reach the Ohio River Greenway which runs alongside the river. Follow the Greenway until you reach the bridge that crosses into Kentucky. Once in Kentucky, follow the path to Happy Hollow Rd. After crossing the bridge, follow Happy Hollow Rd for about 4 miles until you arrive at the distillery.

Main St until you reach the intersection with State St. Turn left onto State St and continue walking until you reach the Ohio River Greenway. Follow the Greenway path across the bridge into Kentucky. After crossing, you'll need to navigate to Happy Hollow Rd. It's approximately a 4-mile walk from the riverfront to the distillery, which may take about 1.5 hours.
