From the center of New Albany, head south on Pearl St toward E Main St. Continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you reach E Main St. Turn right onto E Main St. Continue walking on E Main St for approximately 0.6 miles, crossing the Big Four Bridge to enter Louisville, KY. Once you reach the end of the bridge, you will be on River Rd. Turn left onto River Rd and walk for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with W Main St. Turn left onto W Main St, and the KMAC Contemporary Art Museum will be on your right at 715 W Main St.

From New Albany, walk to the nearest TARC bus stop, typically located along Main St or Market St. Take the TARC Line 17 towards Louisville. Ride for about 15-20 minutes, and get off at the stop closest to the Louisville Science Center. From there, walk southwest toward W Main St, approximately 0.3 miles.
