From the New Albany downtown area, head east on Main Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles. You'll pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Look for the large brick building on your left at 914 E Main St, which is the Culbertson Mansion State Historic Site. It will be clearly marked, and you can enjoy the beautiful architecture as you get closer.

If you're near the New Albany Transit Center, take Bus Route 1 towards the East End. Get off at the stop closest to E Main St and 10th St. From there, it's a short walk east on Main Street for about 0.2 miles until you reach the Culbertson Mansion at 914 E Main St. The mansion will be on your left.
