Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in downtown Richmond, start by heading east on East Main Street. Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with North 10th Street. Turn left onto North 10th Street and walk for another 0.3 miles. At the next intersection, turn right onto Waterfall Road. Springwood Park will be on your left after about 0.2 miles. Look for the park entrance, which is marked.

    From the Richmond Public Library, walk to the nearest bus stop at North 8th Street & East Main Street. Catch the bus that goes towards the Richmond Transit Center. At the Transit Center, transfer to the bus that goes towards South 8th Street. Get off at the stop for Waterfall Road. From there, it’s a short 0.1-mile walk to Springwood Park along Waterfall Road, which will be on your right.

    If you have a bike, start from the Richmond City Center. Head north on North 7th Street until you reach East Main Street, then turn left. Continue on East Main Street until you reach North 10th Street and turn right. Follow North 10th Street until you intersect with Waterfall Road.
