If you are near downtown South Bend, start at the South Bend Museum of Art located at 120 S. St. Joseph St. Walk west on W. Washington St. for about 0.5 miles. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Chapin St. Turn left onto Chapin St. The Studebaker National Museum will be on your right at 201 Chapin St.
Public Transportation - Bus
From the South Bend International Airport, take the 'Transpo Route 5' bus towards downtown South Bend. Get off at the 'Main St. and Jefferson Blvd.' stop. From there, transfer to the 'Transpo Route 7' bus towards the 'South Bend Airport' or any bus that stops at Chapin St. Get off at the 'Chapin St. and Sample St.' stop. Walk south on Chapin St. for two blocks. The museum will be on your left at 201 Chapin St.

If you are renting a bicycle, start from the East Race Waterway. Head west and follow the bike paths towards downtown South Bend. When you reach W. Washington St., turn left and continue until you reach Chapin St. Turn right onto Chapin St. and ride until you arrive at the Studebaker National Museum located at 201 Chapin St.
