    If you are driving, start from the center of The Dunes. Head south on Dunes Highway (IN-49) until you reach the intersection with U.S. Route 20. Turn left onto U.S. Route 20 and continue heading east for about 4 miles. Take a right onto Heisman Harbor Road, and follow it until you see the Old Lighthouse Museum on your left at 100 Heisman Harbor, Michigan City, IN 46360. There is free parking available onsite.

    Public Transportation

    For those using public transportation, you can take the South Shore Line train from the Dunes area towards Michigan City. Get off at the Michigan City station. From there, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to the Old Lighthouse Museum, which is approximately 3 miles away. Expect to pay around $10-15 for the taxi or rideshare fare.
