Walking
If you're already within Versailles State Park, you can reach Paul Henge by walking from the main park entrance. Start at the park office and head southeast towards the Versailles Lake. From the lake, follow the trail that leads southward for about 1.5 miles. Keep an eye out for signage directing you towards the historical landmarks. You will eventually arrive at Paul Henge, located near the park's southern boundary.
Bicycle
For those who prefer cycling, rent a bike from the park's bike rental station located near the park office. Head southeast towards Versailles Lake and take the paved bike path that circles the lake. Continue on the path heading south, which will lead you directly to Paul Henge. The ride is approximately 2 miles and offers beautiful scenic views of the park.
Car
If you're driving, exit the main parking area of Versailles State Park and head south on IN-421. After about 2 miles, make a left onto a small access road that leads back into the park. Follow the road for about 0.5 miles, and you will find a designated parking area near Paul Henge. Note that there may be a small parking fee to access the park.
Public Transportation
Currently, there are no direct public transportation options to Versailles State Park or Paul Henge. However, you can take a bus to the nearest major town (Versailles) and then use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to get to the park entrance. From there, follow the walking or biking directions provided above to reach Paul Henge.
