Car
From the center of Yellowwood State Forest, head southeast on State Road 46. Continue for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with Pumpkin Ridge Road. Turn right onto Pumpkin Ridge Road and follow it for about 2 miles. Mt. Tea State Forest will be on your right, with a small parking area available for visitors.
Public Transportation
Currently, there is no direct public transportation to Mt. Tea State Forest from Yellowwood State Forest. However, you can take a bus to the nearest town, Nashville, IN. From Nashville, you may need to use a rideshare service (such as Uber or Lyft) or rent a bike if available, to reach Mt. Tea State Forest. The distance from Nashville to Mt. Tea is about 3 miles along Pumpkin Ridge Road.
