Start from Amlapura's main market (Pasar Amlapura) and head east on Jalan Diponegoro. Continue straight until you reach the T-junction. Turn left onto Jalan Raya Subagan, and follow the road for about 4 kilometers. The factory will be on your right. Look for the sign indicating 'Bali Chocolate Factory'.
Walking
For those staying in Subagan, a short walk can get you to the Bali Chocolate Factory. From Subagan Beach, head north on Jalan Subagan for about 1 kilometer. When you reach the T-junction, turn left onto Jalan Raya Subagan and continue walking for another 500 meters. The factory will be on your right. Make sure to enjoy the local scenery along the way!
Public Transport (Bemo)
From Amlapura, you can take a bemo (shared minibus) towards Karangasem. Board the bemo at the main bus station in Amlapura. Inform the driver that you are going to Subagan. After about 15 minutes, you will be dropped off at the nearest stop to Bali Chocolate Factory. From the drop-off point, it's a short 10-minute walk. Head east on Jalan Raya Subagan, and after about 500 meters, the factory will be on your left.
Motorbike Rental
If you are comfortable, renting a motorbike is a great way to explore. From Amlapura, head east on Jalan Diponegoro, then turn left onto Jalan Raya Subagan. Continue for about 4 kilometers until you see the Bali Chocolate Factory on your right. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow local traffic rules.
