To reach Buyan Lake from Denpasar, take a public bus from the Ubung Bus Terminal heading to Singaraja. The journey takes about 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Singaraja bus terminal, look for local bemos (minivans) heading to Wanagiri. Make sure to tell the driver you want to stop at Buyan Lake. The bemo ride should take around 30 minutes.

If you are already in the vicinity of Lovina Beach, you can catch a bemo to Wanagiri directly. The bemos are frequent and will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at Jl. Raya Wanagiri, which is the road leading to Buyan Lake.

If you're comfortable with using an app, you can order a motorbike taxi through Gojek or Grab. Enter 'Buyan Lake' or the address 'Jl. Raya Wanagiri, Wanagiri, Kec.
