Tell the driver you're going to 'Di Bali Tour' which is located at Sejahtera, Perumahan Taman Sakura Regency, Jl. Karang Mas No.6 Block C, Jimbaran. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic.

To take a bemo, head to the nearest bemo terminal in Kuta. Look for a bemo heading towards Jimbaran or Nusa Dua. Once on board, ask the driver to drop you at Jl. Karang Mas. After getting off, walk along Jl. Karang Mas until you reach No.6 Block C. 'Di Bali Tour' will be on your left.
