If you are in the Kuta area, simply head towards Jl. Legian and walk north until you reach Jl. Sahadewa. Turn left onto Jl. Sahadewa, and continue walking until you see Garlic Lane on your right at No.11. This should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your starting point.
