Raya Kuta and continue until you reach Jl. Ngurah Rai. Turn right and continue straight until you reach Jl. Pantai Kelan. From there, follow the road until you see the signs for Kelan Beach. It should take about 20-30 minutes depending on your pace.

To reach Kelan Beach using public transport, take a Bemo (shared minivan) from Kuta. Head to the main Bemo terminal in Kuta and find one heading towards Tuban. Tell the driver you want to get off at Kelan Beach. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes, and the driver will drop you off close to the beach entrance.
