From Ubud, head to the Ubud Terminal and take a bemo (shared minibus) heading to Kintamani. The fare is around 30,000 IDR. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Pinggan. The journey takes about 1 hour. Get off at the Pinggan village sign.

Motorbike Rental
If you're comfortable riding a motorbike, rent one in Ubud. After renting, head north on Jalan Raya Ubud towards Jalan Raya Tegallalang. At the junction, turn left onto Jalan Raya Kintamani. Continue for about 30 km until you reach the Kintamani area. Follow the signs to Pinggan village, which is just off the main road.
