From any location in Kuta, take a Bemo (a local minibus) heading to Nusa Dua. Get off at the nearest stop to Jalan Nusa Dua. Once you disembark, walk along Jalan Nusa Dua for about 5-10 minutes, and you will find Puja Mandala on your left.
