Public Bus
Start your journey from Ubud by taking a public bus to the 'Gianyar' bus terminal. Once you arrive at Gianyar, look for a bus heading towards 'Amlapura' or 'Karangasem'. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Sidemen. After about 1-1.5 hours of travel, you will reach the village of Sidemen. From there, you may need to walk or take a local bemo (small public minibus) to the Sidemen Rice Terrace.

Bicycle
If you are in Ubud, rent a bicycle and head east towards the 'Tampaksiring' area. Cycle along the main road and follow the signs to 'Sidemen'. The distance is approximately 25 km, and it will take around 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your fitness level. Once you arrive in Sidemen, follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the rice terrace. The ride is scenic but be prepared for some uphill sections.

From Ubud, rent a motorbike and head east on Jl. Raya Ubud. Continue on the road through the village of Tegallalang and follow the signs towards 'Amlapura/Karangasem'. After about 20 km, turn left onto Jl. Sidemen - Sangkan Gn. Follow this road for approximately 8 km until you reach the Sidemen Rice Terrace. Ensure you have a map or GPS for easier navigation.
