Bicycle
From Ubud, you can rent a bicycle and head north on Jalan Raya Ubud. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Catur Muka, then turn left. Follow this road as it winds through the countryside. After about 10 kilometers, you will reach the Tegalalang Rice Terraces, which is a popular tourist spot. Continue north for another 15 kilometers, and you will arrive at Kintamani. Make sure to take breaks along the way to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

To reach Kintamani via public transport, start at Ubud Monkey Forest and walk to the nearest bus station. Take a bus heading towards Bangli. Inform the driver you want to get off at Kintamani. The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 hours. Once you reach Bangli, look for a minibus or shared taxi that goes to Kintamani, which is about a 30-minute ride. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they are heading to Songan B, Kintamani.
