Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From Denpasar, head to the Ubung Bus Terminal. Purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Amlapura or a bus that stops in Tulamben. The journey will take approximately 2-3 hours, depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Amlapura bus terminal, you can catch a local bemo (shared minivan) or a taxi to Tulamben. The bemo ride will take about 30-40 minutes.

  • Bemo (Shared Minivan)

    If you are in the Kuta or Seminyak area, find the nearest bemo terminal. Look for a bemo heading towards Amlapura and inform the driver you want to stop at Tulamben. The journey will take around 2-3 hours, and once you reach Amlapura, you can switch to another bemo or taxi heading directly to Tulamben, which is about 30-40 minutes away.
