Getting There

  • Public Bus

    From Ubud, head to the Ubud Bus Station (also known as Terminal Ubud). Take a bus to Amlapura, which is a major town in East Bali. The bus ride should take about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Amlapura, you can take a local bemo (a shared minibus) towards Tulamben. Make sure to inform the driver you are heading to Tulamben. The bemo ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the main road in Tulamben, and from there, it's a short walk to Let's Dive Tulamben located on Jl. Amlapura-Singaraja.

  • Bemo (Shared Minibus)

    If you are starting from the Kuta or Seminyak area, you can take a bemo to Denpasar first. Ask to be dropped off at the Terminal Mengwi. From there, catch a bemo heading towards Amlapura. Once you reach Amlapura, switch to another bemo that goes directly to Tulamben. The entire journey may take around 3 to 4 hours depending on traffic and waiting times. After arriving in Tulamben, head to Jl. Amlapura-Singaraja where Let's Dive Tulamben is located.

  • Motorbike Rental

    For an adventurous option, you can rent a motorbike in popular tourist areas like Kuta or Seminyak. Follow the signs towards the Gianyar road, and then take the road towards Amlapura. Continue to follow the signs towards Tulamben. As you approach Tulamben, look for Jl. Amlapura-Singaraja. The ride can take approximately 2 to 3 hours depending on traffic. Make sure to wear a helmet and drive safely.
