Getting There

• Walking

  If you're starting from the central area of Seminyak, head towards Jalan Petitenget. Walk along this street, and you will pass various shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Kayu Aya (also known as Eat Street). Cross the street and continue straight. You'll soon see signs directing you to Petitenget Beach. The beach is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the central Seminyak area.

• Bicycle

  For a more enjoyable ride, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Seminyak. Head towards Jalan Petitenget and cycle straight along this road. Make sure to follow the bike lanes where available. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. You might need to pay a small rental fee, usually around IDR 50,000 to IDR 100,000 for a few hours.

• Scooter Rental

  If you're comfortable riding a scooter, you can rent one in Seminyak. After renting, navigate to Jalan Petitenget. Follow this road until you reach the beach. The ride should take about 5-10 minutes. Rental costs typically range from IDR 70,000 to IDR 150,000 per day, depending on the model.

• Ride-Hailing Service

  You can also use a ride-hailing app like Gojek or Grab to request a ride. Simply open the app, set your pickup location, and enter 'Petitenget Beach' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the beach. The cost for this service is usually around IDR 20,000 to IDR 50,000 depending on your starting location.

• Public Transport

  While public transportation options are limited in Seminyak, you can take a local 'bemo' (minibus) if you find one heading towards Kuta or Canggu. Get off at the nearest stop to Petitenget Beach and walk the remaining distance. This method is the least expensive, often costing around IDR 10,000, but may take longer due to stops along the way.
