To reach Pulau Kelayang, start by renting a car in Tanjung Pandan, the capital of Belitung Island. From Tanjung Pandan, drive towards the north along Jalan Raya Tanjung Kelayang, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach the Tanjung Kelayang Beach area, look for signs directing you to the boat docks. Parking is available near the docks.

Alternatively, you can take a minibus (angkot) from Tanjung Pandan to Tanjung Kelayang. The fare is around IDR 25,000 per person. The journey will take about 40 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to go to Tanjung Kelayang, and they will drop you off at the nearest stop. From there, walk to the boat docks.

Once you are at Tanjung Kelayang Beach, you will need to hire a local boat to take you to Pulau Kelayang.
