If you are traveling by car, start from the city center of Serang, Banten. Head southwest on Jl. Raya Serang - Jakarta towards Jl. Jend. Sudirman. Continue on Jl. Raya Serang - Jakarta for about 14 km. When you reach the intersection, turn right onto Jl. Cikande - Serang and continue for about 9 km. Follow the signs that will direct you towards Kubang Baros. Once in Kubang Baros, look for local signage directing you to Curug Betung. Expect a drive time of approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. There is no entry fee for driving to the area around Curug Betung, but be prepared to pay for parking, which may cost around IDR 5,000 to IDR 10,000.

For those using public transportation, start at Serang Bus Terminal. Take an angkot (minibus) towards Cinangka. The fare is usually around IDR 15,000.
