Car
If you are traveling by car, start your journey from the center of Bengkulu City. Head east on Jl. Jend. Sudirman towards Jl. Soekarno Hatta. Follow signs to Jl. Bengkulu - Kepahiang. Continue driving for approximately 30-40 minutes until you reach Durian Demang. Look for the sign indicating Bukit Kandis. The GPS coordinates are approximately -3.7110798, 102.4435398. There is no entrance fee for Bukit Kandis, but ensure your vehicle has enough fuel for the round trip.
Public Transportation
To reach Bukit Kandis via public transportation, start by taking a local minivan (angkot) from the main terminal in Bengkulu City to Karang Tinggi. Make sure to confirm with the driver that they will drop you off at Durian Demang along the way. The fare is usually around IDR 10,000 to IDR 20,000. After arriving in Durian Demang, you may need to hire a local motorcycle taxi (ojek) to take you directly to Bukit Kandis, which should cost around IDR 20,000 to IDR 30,000. Confirm the fare before starting the ride.
