If you're driving from the center of Bengkulu, head southeast on Jalan Jendral Sudirman toward Jalan Pahlawan. Continue straight to stay on Jalan Jendral Sudirman. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto Jalan Malabero. Continue for another 1 kilometer, and you will see the Thomas Parr Monument on your right, located at the coordinates 6762+G78, Malabero, Teluk Segara, Bengkulu City.
