If you're traveling by car from the center of Borobudur, head southeast on Jl. Badrawati towards Jl. Raya Borobudur. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn left onto Jl. Gintung. Continue on this road for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Keep right at the fork, and follow the signs for Sukmojoyo Hill. The drive will take around 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. There is usually no entrance fee for Sukmojoyo Hill itself, but ensure you have some cash for parking if required.

To reach Sukmojoyo Hill using public transportation, start at the Borobudur bus terminal. Look for a local angkot (minibus) heading towards Gintung. The fare is usually around IDR 10,000. Inform the driver to drop you off near Sukmojoyo Hill. The angkot ride should take about 20 minutes. Once you get off, it is a short walk (approximately 500 meters) to the hill itself.
