If you are driving from Borobudur, head southeast on Jl. Badrawati towards Jl. Raya Borobudur. Continue on Jl. Raya Borobudur for about 1.5 km. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Jl. Sendaren. Follow this road for approximately 1 km until you reach Bukit Barede, located at Sendaren 2, Karangrejo, Borobudur. There is limited parking available near the entrance.

To reach Bukit Barede using public transport, first take a local minibus (angkot) or ojeg (motorcycle taxi) from the Borobudur bus station to Borobudur Temple. Once at the temple, you can either hire a local ojeg or walk towards Sendaren road. It's approximately a 30-minute walk to Bukit Barede from the temple.
