Car
From Borobudur, head northeast on Jl. Badrawati toward Jl. Raya Borobudur. Continue on Jl. Raya Borobudur for about 10 km until you reach the T-junction. Turn left onto Jl. Raya Magelang - Jogja (Jl. Raya Jogja-Magelang). Continue for approximately 18 km. You will see signs for Ketep Pass. Turn right onto Jl. Ketep Pass and follow the road for about 5 km, leading you directly to Ketep Pass. Please note that parking is available at the location, and there may be an entrance fee, typically around IDR 10,000 per person.

Public Transportation
From Borobudur, take a local minibus (angkot) heading to Magelang. Board the minibus at the designated stop in Borobudur and inform the driver that you want to go to Ketep Pass. The fare is approximately IDR 20,000. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the nearest drop-off point for Ketep Pass. From there, you may need to walk about 1 km or hire a local motorcycle taxi (ojek) for around IDR 15,000 to reach the entrance of Ketep Pass. Be sure to check the schedule for the return minibus to Borobudur so you can plan your return trip accordingly.
