Car
If you are traveling by car from central Bukit Lawang, head southeast on Jalan Orang Utan towards Jalan Bukit Lawang. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn left onto Jalan H. A. Nasution. Drive for another 2 kilometers, following the signs for Orchid Garden. The garden will be on your left at H44V+4W2, Bukit Lawang, Bohorok, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra.
Public Transportation (Bemo)
To reach the Orchid Garden by public transportation, locate the nearest Bemo (shared minibus) station in Bukit Lawang. Take a Bemo heading towards Bohorok and inform the driver that you want to go to Orchid Garden. The fare is typically around IDR 10,000 to 20,000 per person. The Bemo will drop you off near the entrance of the garden, approximately 500 meters away. You will need to walk the rest of the way, following the signs towards the garden.
Walking
If you prefer to walk from central Bukit Lawang, start at the main road and head southeast on Jalan Orang Utan. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection. Turn left onto Jalan H. A. Nasution and walk for another 2 kilometers. The Orchid Garden will be on your left at H44V+4W2, Bukit Lawang. The total walking distance is approximately 3.5 kilometers, which takes about 40-50 minutes.
