Car
If you are traveling by car, head towards Dieng Plateau. From Yogyakarta, take the Jl. Magelang - Wonosobo road. Once you reach Wonosobo, continue on Jl. Dieng - Wonosobo until you reach the fork, then take the left road leading to Dieng. Follow the signs towards Sikidang Crater. Upon arrival, you will find a parking area nearby. Expect to pay a parking fee of around IDR 5,000 to IDR 10,000.

Public Transportation
To reach Sikidang Crater via public transportation, first take a bus from Yogyakarta or Semarang to Wonosobo. From Wonosobo, you can catch a local minibus or ojek (motorcycle taxi) to Dieng Plateau. Inform the driver to drop you off at Sikidang Crater. The public transport fare from Wonosobo to Dieng is approximately IDR 20,000 to IDR 30,000. Be aware that the minibus service might not run frequently, so plan your trip accordingly.

Combination (Car + Walking)
If you are in Banjarnegara, you can drive or take an ojek to Dieng. Once you reach the parking area near Sikidang Crater, you will have to walk approximately 500 meters to the crater site. The path is well-marked and easy to navigate. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and carry water.
