If you're driving, start from Pangkalan Bun, the nearest major city. Head southeast on Jalan Alun Alun toward Jl. S. Parman. Continue on Jl. S. Parman for approximately 5 km until you reach the junction to Jalan Trans Kalimantan. Take the right turn onto Jalan Trans Kalimantan and follow it for about 20 km. Look for signs indicating Kumai, and turn left onto Jalan Kumai. After around 10 km, you'll reach Kumai. From Kumai, head towards the Sekonyer River. You can park near the river docks.
