If you are traveling by car, start from the city of Biak. Head southeast on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman towards Jl. Yos Sudarso. Continue on Jl. Yos Sudarso for about 30 km until you reach the junction near the village of Karmon. Take the turn towards Karmon and follow the signs. The road will lead you through scenic views of Central Papua. Karmon Waterfall is located approximately 5 km from the main road. Look for a small entrance that leads to the waterfall area. Parking is usually available near the entrance, but be prepared for limited facilities.

To reach Karmon Waterfall via public transportation, take a local bus or minivan from Biak to Yawosi. Buses depart regularly from the main bus terminal in Biak.
