Car
If you are driving to Siuri Beach, start from Poso City. Head south on Jl. Trans Sulawesi for approximately 15 km. At the fork, take the left route onto Jl. Tonusu-Meko. From Poso City, you can take a minibus (angkot) heading towards Poso Regency. Look for a minibus that indicates it's going to Toinasa. The fare is usually around IDR 20,000.
