If you are driving from Samarinda, head east on Jl. A. Yani towards Jl. Pahlawan. Continue on this road for approximately 150 km until you reach the town of Sangatta. From Sangatta, take Jl. Raya Sangatta to Karangan Seberang. Follow the signs to Liang Alan Bilan Prehistoric Cave located at CJCH+25, Karangan Seberang, Karangan, East Kutai Regency. The cave is about 10 km from the center of Karangan.
