Public Transportation
To reach Pelawangan Sembalun Camp Site from Gili Islands, you will first need to take a boat from Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, or Gili Air to Bangsal Harbor on Lombok Island. Once you arrive at Bangsal, you can take a taxi or hire a local driver to take you to Sembalun Lawang. The journey by car will take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Make sure to confirm with your driver the exact location (JC6V+P3, Sembalun Lawang) as you approach the campsite.

If you are renting a car in Lombok, drive from Mataram towards the north, and follow the signs to Sembalun Lawang. The most straightforward route is to take the Jalan Raya Mataram-Selong road. Upon reaching the junction near Selong, follow the signs toward Sembalun. Continue on this road until you reach Sembalun Lawang. Look for the campsite which is located at JC6V+P3, Sembalun Lawang, on your right.
