To reach Jambura Inn via public transport, you can take a 'mikrolet' (minibus) that runs along Jl. Jend. Sudirman. Look for mikrolet routes that head towards Kota Tengah. Make sure to inform the driver to drop you off near Jl. Jend. Sudirman No.6. The fare is typically around IDR 5,000 to IDR 10,000 depending on your starting point.
