If you are driving, start from the center of Jambi City. Head southeast on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman towards Jl. H. Agus Salim. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers. Turn left at the traffic light onto Jl. Siti Aisyah and continue for 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs for Gentala Arasy Tower, which is located near the river. The exact location is CJ87+2M5, Arab Melayu, Pelayangan, Jambi City, Jambi 36123. Parking facilities are available nearby.

For public transportation, you can take a mini-bus (angkot) heading towards the Pelayangan area. Board the mini-bus at any major bus stop in Jambi City. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the Pelayangan stop, which is closest to the Gentala Arasy Tower. From there, it is a short 10-minute walk towards the river. Follow the signs to the tower. The fare for the mini-bus is approximately IDR 5,000.
