Merapi Lava Viewing at Night from the Safe Distance

The best tour operator in Yogyakarta, very transparent and reliable

We booked two tours with this agency: the Merapi Lava Tour and the Timang Beach & Pindul Cave Tubing Tour and they were honestly the highlight of our time in Yogyakarta. The communication with the organizer was excellent from the very beginning: fast, clear, and incredibly easy. Everything was perfectly organized. But what made these tours truly unforgettable was our guide, Fajar. He is without a doubt the best guide we've ever had. From the first minute, he treated us like close friends rather than tourists. He was always smiling, always on time, and unbelievably kind and professional. Fajar explained everything in detail, shared interesting stories about every place we visited, and made sure we didn't miss a single viewpoint or experience. He knew all the best photo spots and even took amazing professional-looking photos of us throughout both tours. Thanks to him, we came home with incredible memories. During the Merapi sunrise, he even cooked us delicious eggs and noodles while we waited, and throughout both days he always made sure we had enough food, water, and drinks. His care and attention to every little detail made us feel completely relaxed. If you're booking with this agency, ask for Fajar. He genuinely made our trip special, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Thank you, Fajar, we'll never forget these two amazing adventures!

Yogyakarta Volcanoes: Mount Merapi on a Hilltop (Lava View)

Wonderful experience

I did the lava view experience with Ardho and I couldn’t ask for more. He was an excellent guide, very passionate about his job and has so many interesting stories to tell. We were very lucky and saw lava at least 4 times. I highly recommend this experience!
