Car
If you are driving from Solo, head southeast on Jl. Slamet Riyadi toward Jl. Ir. Soekarno. Continue on Jl. Ir. Soekarno for about 20 km. Then take the ramp onto Jl. Jend. Sudirman and follow the signs to Karanganyar. After entering Karanganyar, follow the signs to Jenawi. Cetho Temple is located approximately 10 km from Jenawi. The last stretch is a winding road, so drive carefully. There is no parking fee at the temple.
Public Transportation
From Solo, take a bus from the Tirtonadi Bus Station heading to Karanganyar. The fare is approximately IDR 20,000. Once you arrive at the Karanganyar bus terminal, take a local minibus (angkot) heading to Jenawi. The fare is around IDR 10,000. Once you reach Jenawi, you can hire a motorcycle taxi (ojek) for IDR 15,000 to reach Cetho Temple. Be sure to negotiate the fare before starting your journey.
Taxi or Ride-Hailing Services
You can use a taxi or a ride-hailing service like Gojek or Grab from Solo directly to Cetho Temple. The distance is about 30 km and should take around 1 hour depending on traffic. The fare will vary but expect to pay around IDR 150,000 to IDR 200,000 for a one-way trip.
