    From Parapat, head towards the Samosir Island ferry terminal. The ferry ride to Samosir Island costs around IDR 25,000 ($2) per person and takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Tomok, drive towards the Samosir Botanical Garden, located at JVPC+3G6. Follow the main road and look for signs directing you to the botanical garden.

  • Public Transportation

    If you are in the Lake Toba area, take a local bus or minivan from Parapat to Tomok. The fare is approximately IDR 10,000 ($0.70) per person. Upon reaching Tomok, you can either walk (approximately 15-20 minutes) or take a local taxi to the Samosir Botanical Garden at JVPC+3G6.
