Car
From the center of Bandar Lampung, drive south on Jl. Raden Intan towards Jl. Jend. Sudirman. Continue onto Jl. Z.A. Pagar Alam and follow the signs towards Kalianda. Once in Kalianda, head to the port at Pelabuhan Tanjung Karang. The drive takes about 2 hours depending on traffic. Make sure to check your fuel and prepare for a scenic drive along the coast.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from Terminal Rajabasa in Bandar Lampung to Kalianda. Buses frequently depart and the journey takes approximately 2 hours. Once you arrive in Kalianda, you will need to take a local ojek (motorcycle taxi) or a taxi to Pelabuhan Tanjung Karang, which is about 15 minutes away.
Ferry
At Pelabuhan Tanjung Karang, purchase a ferry ticket to Pulau Anak Krakatau. The ferry ride takes around 1.5 to 2 hours, and prices may vary but expect to pay between IDR 100,000 to IDR 200,000 per person. Ensure you confirm the ferry schedule as it may vary based on weather conditions.

Once you arrive on Pulau Anak Krakatau, local guides are available at the ferry terminal to assist you in exploring Cagar Alam Krakatau.
